Phase 1 Master Plan

Building Floorplans

  • Building A

Located in the northwest of the site, Building A has the most amount of units out of any building at Country Meadows with 60 in total. Sharing a driveway and parking lot with its neighbour to the south, Building A connects to Hammond’s Plains Road only a few dozen feet away from a Halifax Transit bus stop. Building A also features an amenity room on its first floor as well as dual elevators.

  • Building B

As with Building A, Building B shares the parking lot and driveway that connects to Hammonds Plains Road in the west of the site. The building features 48 units across three floors as well as dual elevators.

  • Building C

Organized in an L-shaped configuration, Building C houses 48 units across three floors. The building fronts onto both Lucasville Road as well as a lane easement for a future street. Additionally, the building features a large amenity room on its first floor and a circular driveway by the main entrance for easy pick-up and drop-off.

  • Building D

Featuring the mirrored floorplan of Building C, Building D also has 48 units across three floors and a large ground-floor amenity room. The east of Building D is a large stormwater pond. Surrounded by trails and greenery, the area serves as a park for the residents of Country Meadows.

  • Building E

Unlike many of the other structures on-site, Building E organizes its 36 units in an I-configuration instead of an L-configuration. It also features a large ground-floor amenity room and borders the same stormwater park as Building D.

  • Building F

Building F has the same floorplan as Building D, meaning that it has 48 units across three floors and a large ground-floor amenity room. Building F also shares a large parking area and landscaped island with Building G which connects to Lucasville Road.

  • Building G

Building G has the same floorplan as Building C, meaning that it has 48 units across three floors and a large ground-floor amenity room. Building G also shares a large parking area and landscaped island with Building F that connects to Lucasville Road.
